Challenge
Fortune Group Properties initially had a beautiful website, but zero integration with CRM’s, indexing, or analytics tracking to enable the broker to measure the traffic to their website.
Strategy
After conduction primary and secondary market research, our team decided the best course of action was to build a new website from scratch and implement MLS integrations, a CRM, and a platform to be able to streamline the process of developing social media campaigns that included a user friendly dashboard to ensure they were able to measure their results effectively.
Approach
When it comes to real estate, the end user has one ultimate goal: To search properties and find their dream home, in addition to discovering an agent and broker that truly cares about their customers needs and wants.
